Effective October 17, 2026
This site is run by Seduza LLC, Los Angeles, California. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it. Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you or to tell you about shows and drops, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- The list. Your email address, if you join.
- Booking and inquiry form. The details you type in, such as name, email, organization, city, date and your message.
- Text updates, if offered and you opt in: your mobile number.
- Basic site analytics. Anonymous, aggregate page view counts. No advertising trackers, and no cookies are used to profile you.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries and manage bookings.
- To send presale codes, show announcements, guest list invites and merch drops to people who asked for them.
- To understand which parts of the site get used, in aggregate.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: a form service that delivers submissions to our inbox, our hosting provider, and our ticketing and messaging platforms. They process your information only to provide that service to us. Tickets and merch bought on Pear are also covered by Pear's own privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile numbers and text opt in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Your choices
- Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or just reply and ask.
- For texts, reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
- To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email seduzabookings@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request."
Do Not Track
This site does not track you across other websites, so it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
